These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Xenacious AB ("AliveNow," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the AliveNow platform, including our website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Your obligations as a user

Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and wallet private keys
Use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication
Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breaches
You are responsible for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will NOT:

Important Conditions:

No monetary value or cash redemption
Token values may fluctuate or change
We may adjust balances for fraud or errors
System changes may occur with notice

Transaction Limits & Compliance:

We implement transaction limits and monitoring to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. Suspicious activity may result in account restrictions or termination.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xenacious shall NOT be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Health outcomes or medical decisions made based on platform insights
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
Third-party conduct or content on the platform

Maximum Liability Cap:

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) €100 or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Jurisdiction

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Stockholm, Sweden for any disputes arising from these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before the effective date.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your account.
