How it becomes defined
A channel is defined only when both of its gates are activated in a chart, from either the conscious or the unconscious side. Then both centers it joins are defined, and this connection is described as a consistent part of how you work.
The two centers
Sacral. The Sacral center is described as sustainable working energy and the gut response to what life brings.
Solar Plexus. The Solar Plexus is described as the emotional wave: feelings that rise and fall, and clarity that comes with time.
