When the system sees a member slipping - sleep falling apart, streaks breaking, tone changing - it asks them first. If they say yes, up to three coaches are invited. You are one of them because your specialities, your language and your record matched theirs, not because you bid the highest.
Each invited coach gets the same anonymised brief and writes one paragraph. No pitch, no discovery call, no funnel. The member reads all three and picks the one that actually understood them. The chosen coach is paid the bounty on that signal. That is the whole competition: who helps best, in one paragraph, for a stranger.
Age band, constitution, what they have already tried, the struggle tags the system detected, and a plain-language summary. Identity stays hidden until they choose you. Anything flagged as a crisis never enters the bounty flow at all - it goes straight to real help.
Workouts, habits, herbs and full protocols go out from one rail. Autoflows carry a client through a journey day by day, automated check-ins ask the questions you would have asked, and the co-pilot reads their blood work, sleep and logs before you open the conversation.

Every recommendation on this platform either carries its source or says plainly that it does not. Coaches are held to that too. Guidance, never diagnosis. Your judgement is the reason a human is in this loop at all.
Bounties are set per signal and paid in ALIVE credit to the coach the member chooses. There is no public ranking of coaches - the only scoreboard is the person who got better.
